Knockout Stage Part 2

As anticipated the first part of the knockout stages every team I thought was going to win, won. Heading into the other games we got Man United vs Olympiacos, I think Man United looked alright the past games but it seems like they lack that killer instinct at the 18 yard box, the defence seems to be alright, better than the past couple months. The one match I think that is really intriguing to watch will Chelsea vs Galatrasaray, not only is its Drogbas return, Roberto Mancini is a pretty smart/good manager, I wont be surprised if they pull an upset but I think Chelsea should win. Zenit vs Dortmund, Dortmunds is favourite on the Vegas line,I agree but I think Zenit could pull an upset. Schalke vs Real Madrid, this one should be straight forward, Real should win easily but it is in Germany so you may never know.

Predictions

Man United v Olympiacios - 2-1 for Man United

Chelsea v Galatrasary - 2-0 for Chelsea

Zenit v Dortmund - 2-1 for Zenit

Schalke v Real Madrid - 3-1 for Real Madrid.

Knockout Stages

Well its that time again and the Champions League returns back after a month and a half off. Some interesting/intriguing matches to watch this week. Arsenal looks to beat Bayern this year after losing to them last yr. Manchester City plays Barca and look to step up there game and want to make there name as one of the biggest clubs in europe. Other matches all look pretty straight forward with Milan  vs Atletico and Leverkusen vs PSG. In order for Arsenal to go through the next round they need to win this game and dont concede a goal at all. I guess you can say the same thing for Man City as well. I think Atletico will beat Milan but if they lose 2-1 it wont a big deal I believe, I think they can bounce back at the home fixture. PSG should beat Leverkusen with ease, even without Cavani playing still have lots of weapons. I dont see any upsets this week.
